General Description:
- Responsible for the accurate recording and processing of medical billing data. Reports to the Medical Billing Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Provides client training on software billing module
- Performs medical billing for clients
- Handles billing issues and implementation on software billing functionality
- Assists clients on A/R or any billing-related queries
Requirements:
- Knowledge on U.S. medical billing
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Leadership/managerial qualities
- Strong work ethics
- Amenable to work U.S. shifts
- A resident of or willing to be based in Cebu City
